1、 Product classification

Grating sensors are divided into two types: open and closed.

Closed type is mainly used for the digital transformation of ordinary machine tools and instruments, and the output waveform is square wave. An open sensor consists of two parts: a grating ruler and a grating reading head. A closed sensor consists of three integrated components: a grating ruler, a grating reading head, and a housing. Classified by appearance, it can be divided into three types: small rulers, standard rulers, and large rulers. The maximum length of a large ruler can reach 3000mm.

3. Avoid metal shavings, oil, water, etc. from entering the digital display, pay attention to dust and moisture prevention; Do not install this device on a workbench with high vibration or instability.

When the ambient temperature is+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%. A higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and special measures should be taken for condensation caused by temperature changes.
